Yet close enough to walk to Bangla Road (city centre) in 10-15 minutes – or go there via taxi in 2 minutes.
General rules
- Quiet time is 10.00 pm – 08.00 am.
- Check-out is 11.00 am
- Guests are allowed. Also overnight guests. See separate page about overnight guests.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property or inventory
Not allowed
- Pets
- Smoking, Vaping and e-cigarettes INSIDE the house or with sliding doors open (#)
- Smoking Cannabis (#)
- Loud noise or music after 10.00 pm
- Any illegal activity according to Thai law, especially Narcotics, Gambling and Prostitution
(#) If there is a bad smell when you check-out, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 10.000 baht per room affected plus any lost income due to unavailability of the house while cleaning.
Allowed with pre approval
- Parties up to 12 people are always allowed if house rules are followed, including quiet time.
